The machine is designed for the production of inlay sheet. Tin sheet is punched and picked & placed into the holes in PVC sheet. Wires are embedded in PVC sheet, which cross over the tin sheets. Tin sheets are welded with wires.

Industrial PC and servo system control.
Double worktables driven by servo motor. Loading tables move cyclically among pick & place, wire embedding and welding stations to ensure the replacement of the PVC sheets without stop which improves the production efficiency.
16 IC module suctions designed for picking & placing 16 pieces of tin sheets simultaneously. 4 embedding heads and single welding head designed.
Pick & place/embedding/X axis of welding and Y axis of worktable are driven by MITSUBISHI servo motor to ensure dynamic drive accuracy.
Pick & place worktables are vacuum tables, equipped with imported vacuum pump. The PVC sheet and picked & placed tin sheets are fixed on worktables by vacuum adsorption.
